The Lincoln Center in New York is to host a tribute to Leonard Cohen, who died on November 7.
The event โ dubbed an โinformal gatheringโ โ is due to take place between 12pm and 4pm outside the venue in Hearst Plaza.
The event will feature recordings of Cohenโs vast body of work, chosen by friends and fans. There are no speakers or live performances.

This celebration has been organized by Lincoln Centerโs Public Programming Department and producer Hal Willner.
Meanwhile, Rolling Stone reports that last week, Cohenโs song โHallelujahโ entered Billboardโs Hot 100 for the first time in the singleโs history, 32 years after it was first released.
