Genesis performed โ€œMisunderstandingโ€ for the first time in 37 years earlier this week โ€“ you can check out the footage below.

Phil Collins and co. dusted off the 1980 single โ€“ which appears on the groupโ€™s 10th studio album, Duke โ€“ during a concert at Chicagoโ€™s United Center on Monday (November 15). It was the first show on the Last Domino? tourโ€™s US leg.

As Rolling Stone notes, Genesis hadnโ€™t played the track since their Mama tour in 1984 before incorporating a segment of it into a live medley in 1988. Collins also made it a part of his solo gig setlists in 2004.
